Application Process

The application process consists of three stages: submission of the online Application Form, completion of the official Application Statement, and submission of the required Supporting Documents by email. An application is considered complete only when both the online form and all supporting materials have been submitted in accordance with the instructions provided.

This document must be completed carefully, signed where required, and prepared for submission together with the supporting documents listed below.

Applicants must submit the completed application statement together with all required supporting documents by email to info@hhf.com.gr

All documents must be submitted in PDF format. The total size of the email attachment(s) must not exceed 10 MB. All documents must be clearly legible and properly named.

Required documents:

  1. Completed Application Statement

  2. Copy of valid identity card or passport

  3. Official proof of admission to a postgraduate program at Harvard University for the academic year 2026–2027

  4. Tax declarations and supporting tax assessment documents of the applicant and parents

  5. Copies of previous academic degrees

  6. Signed declaration confirming that the applicant does not receive any other scholarship and has not previously been deprived of a scholarship award

Supporting Documents

Applicants are required to complete the application form by providing their personal, contact, and academic information, as well as details regarding their studies at Harvard University.
